These parties use your information to evaluate the financing request you have asked us to pursue. This does not include sharing your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data for their marketing purposes (see Section 4).
• Service Providers — We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Site, sending communications, or analyzing data (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Analytics, and our messaging platform [confirm: GoHighLevel / LeadConnector]). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information.

4.  MOBILE MESSAGING / SMS COMMUNICATIONS

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through our application or contact form, we may send you text messages as described below. Opt-in is obtained through a separate, affirmative checkbox and is never a condition of applying for or receiving any service.

Types of messages. We send two categories of text messages, each requiring its own consent:

• Non-marketing (transactional) messages — messages about your application status, document requests, and funding updates.
• Marketing and promotional messages — messages about offers, new services, and related updates.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out and help. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. After you send STOP, we may send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf, solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

5.  DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Contact form submissions and inquiry records are retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of submission, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
